Job Description:

 

We are looking for a passionate supply chain and logistics management expert to lead and manage our transport dispatching teams. Self-driven and highly motivated candidate required who manager teams working overseas directly with our client and assure the smooth operation. 

You should be able to speak with client through telephonic conferences, web meeting with client and ability to work with company management.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Leading teams such as dispatching, logistics management and brokerage etc.

2. Monitor and run smooth operation in the 24/7  shifts 

3. Manage your team, set their schedule and monitor their task in the right direction.

4. Co-ordinating with management and other departments

5. Planning and implementing job challenges for the team, set targets, train and motivate them to achieve the goals.

6. Ability to check quality of the work in progress

7. Excellent team management, coordination, run the operation smooth, address the team issues and resolve it.
